Blandford Urial
The Blandford Urial is found exclusively in Sindh province, southern Pakistan — a subspecies Moderateto Pakistan and found nowhere else on earth. Regarded as the most beautiful Urial in the world, it is a prized trophy and a singular conservation achievement. Horn measurements of 26 to 30 inches are readily achievable, and this size range is considered representative of the region's quality. The Blandford Urial can conveniently be combined with Sindh Ibex in a single expedition.

Sindh Crags,
Endemic Ground.
The Blandford Urial shares terrain with the Sindh Ibex — arid low- altitude crags and desert hillsides unique to southern Pakistan, making it the ideal companion species for a combined trophy expedition.
The season opens November 1st through end of March. The optimal window falls between mid-November and mid-January, when cooler temperatures allow all-day hunting without excessive heat. Early and late season remain productive — success rates are consistently high regardless of the chosen period.
The terrain. Blandford Urial and Sindh Ibex share the same arid crags and desert hillsides of southern Sindh — from near sea level to a regional maximum of 3,300 ft (1,000 m). Primary hunting takes place between 600–2,100 ft (180–640 m). December and January offer ideal conditions with daytime highs of 64°F (18°C). Early October can reach 100°F (38°C) but cools steadily as the month progresses. A combo hunt with Sindh Ibex is strongly recommended — both species occupy the same ground.
Spot. Stalk.
Two Species. One Range.
The Blandford Urial is hunted by spot-and-stalk across the same desert crags as the Sindh Ibex — available to rifle and bow hunters alike, and ideally combined into a single expedition for two of Pakistan's most distinctive trophies.
Days Total — Rifle
A compact and highly productive rifle hunt across low Sindh terrain. Trophy animals are located by glassing arid slopes, with the stalk executed over manageable desert ground.
Days Total — Bow
An exceptional bow hunting opportunity. The low open terrain demands precise fieldcraft to close within shooting range of alert animals on exposed desert hillsides.
Glass the Desert Slopes
At first light, glass from elevated vantage points across the open crags and arid hillsides where Blandford Urial feed and rest.
Identify the Trophy
Assess rams carefully for horn length and sweep. At 26 inches and above, a Blandford Urial represents one of the finest trophies available in Pakistan.
Execute the Stalk
Work the broken desert terrain to close the gap. The open nature of Sindh ground rewards patience — use every rock and fold to approach unseen.
The Shot
Low-altitude desert terrain presents varied shooting angles. A composed shot on a trophy Blandford Urial — the world's most beautiful Urial — is the reward.
Found nowhere else on earth, the Blandford Urial is Pakistan's most exclusive Urial trophy — and sharing its range with the Sindh Ibex makes a combined pursuit the definitive southern Pakistan experience.
Desert Lodge,
Two Species.
Blandford Urial hunts are based from the same purpose-built hunting lodge used for Sindh Ibex — both species share the same desert terrain in Sindh province. The lodge is positioned inside the hunting area with no daily commute to the crags. Ornate dining hall, covered stone veranda, air-conditioned guest rooms, private en-suite bathrooms, and a dedicated trophy lounge are all standard.
A Blandford Urial hunt is ideally combined with Sindh Ibex in a single expedition from the same base — maximising the territory and minimising travel. All meals, ground transport, and transfers from Karachi or Hyderabad are included.

A wide covered veranda with stone walls and beam ceiling — the natural gathering point for pre-hunt briefings, evening meals, and the post-hunt review before the next morning's departure.

A dedicated trophy room displaying mounted Blandford Urial, Sindh Ibex, and other species alongside hunt photography — a natural space to review the day's stalk and plan the following morning.

Spacious twin rooms with air conditioning, quality bedding, and curtained windows — the right standard for a Sindh hunt where October can be warm and January nights are cool.

Private en-suite with tiled vanity unit, backlit mirror, enclosed glass shower, and hot water — consistent throughout the October–March Blandford Urial season.
One lodge,
two species.

The Sindh hunting lodge is the base for both Blandford Urial and Sindh Ibex hunts — the world's most beautiful Urial and one of Pakistan's most distinctive Ibex share the same low-altitude desert crags. Combining both species in one visit from the same facility is the definitive southern Pakistan hunting experience, and is strongly recommended. The full November–March season is open for both species simultaneously.
