- Transfers from airports to the hunting area by means of road.
- Full board accommodation in the hunting area.

Following is excluded in the packages:

- Visa cost.
- Pre-scouting
- Domestic air tickets.
- Hotels in main cities.
- Insurances.
- Extra days.
- Gun import permit.
- Observer charges.
- Trophy shipment.
• Reservations for safaris are considered definite only when a 50% payment is received. Within 15 days of reserving the space, this payment is required. Until the deposit is paid, the contract cannot be legally binding. The allocated space may be automatically released and your reservation may not be re-updated if your deposit is not re-deposited on time. Acceptance and confirmation of the space will be considered accomplished when the company writes to you to acknowledge receipt of the deposit.
• When we have received the initial payment in our account, only then will we consider the booking to be confirmed. Terms of payment are required to be agreed upon in the contract.
• If the balance has not been received by the date specified in the contract, the firm shall be able at its discretion to regard your reservation as cancelled and subsequently to lose the deposit paid earlier by the hunter.
• Deposits are non-refundable. For carry over the hunt in future would be at the option of the company.
• We recommend you to buy the cancellation insurances as you book your hunt.
• The client is fully responsible for paying all the permits, licenses and trophy hunting fees in full in case of cancellation.
• Permits are purchased in the open auctions, in case of failure in securing the tag, the deposit will not be refunded and client have to wait for next year.
• Although the company hopes that it will not need to levy surcharges, but it reserves the right to do so in some special cases. Especially in markhors, they are sold in open auction, if the permit price goes high, client will be needed to cooperate in the price.
• Wounded animal will be tracked as much as possible and if it cannot be retrieved, the trophy will be counted as hunted and in this case, no refund will be given and hunt will be fully charged.
